近期，深圳中青宝互动网络股份有限公司（股票代码：300052，以下简称 “中青宝”）召开了2021年第二次临时股东大会，会议审议通过了中青宝2021年股票期权激励计划。本次激励计划授予的激励对象不超过 21人，包括公司董事、高级管理人员、公司（含子公司）核心技术人员、核心业务人员等。

崇立律师事务所接受中青宝的委托，为中青宝本次股权激励项目提供全程法律服务。服务内容包括不限于论证股权激励方案、审阅股权激励计划（草案）等相关文件、进行法律尽职调查、出具法律意见书等。本项目由本所合伙人李九洲律师、资深律师龙颖律师牵头负责。
